- Outdoor Performance Amphitheatre

- Competition-sized Ice-skating Rink
- Climbing Mountain
- The Safety Zone
- Heath and Therapy Centre
- Local Heritage and Genealogy Unit

All of the facilities will be operated by local community groups or individuals, many running as Social Enterprises, meaning they will put their profits back into the business and the CAP Project.
